Into the debating chamber!

The United Nations meets an internationally relevant and timeless photographic project! Not just an unbelievable first public display for ‘Recovering The Past’, but for ANY exhibition! The United Nations, Geneva, and with it, true international recognition for Recovering The Past from its outset!

An unbelievably special commission for the exhibition! As its host nation, Belgium’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs provided the opportunity at the fourteenth Meeting of the States Parties (14MSP) of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines.

It isn’t every day a Princess and a Deputy Prime Minister visit an exhibition, but this was just such a day and the moment was all Recovering The Past’s

Belgium’s Princess Astrid, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Didier Reynders met with artist Alderman at the exhibition’s display. Amazingly, this isn’t the first time Princess Astrid has visited a display of Recovering The Past
